Stop. Using. These. Two. Words.

Controversial one this week….

🥱 Keep hearing ‘Blah blah’ ‘flexible’ work, work/life ‘balance’, blah blah blah. 

These two words have become utterly overused and totally meaningless. I'm just so over them.

Instead on the the vlog this week, I STRONGLY recommend leaders replacing them with what people actually want and need right now.

Have a great Easter, please be unbalanced & inflexible in your enthusiasm for Creme Eggs.
