Hi, I’m Christine.

I unlock the world of work trends that will define your future.

My job is to analyse and share the core trends that will impact on you. So they don’t take you by surprise.

And to deliver practical, research-based strategies to adapt to them.

My team both conducts our own tailored research and consolidates all the research coming in from different organisations.

To ensure you have the best insight to inform your best strategy.

2019

Quietly launch Armstrong & Partners: research & speaking. In 2020, start my weekly vlog about where work and life collide.

I’m obsessed with researching how we work. My favorite topics include:

  • We’re all experimenting with new ways of working. But the evidence about what does and doesn’t work already exists. Super practical.

  • People value their time differently now. They are seeing the world afresh and want new things from leaders. Let’s explore what.

  • Jacob Rees-Mogg thinks he knows that office-based work = productivity. But the data is much more complicated than that. We break it down in the most practical way.

  • We’ve learnt that we’re TERRIBLE at setting our own work life boundaries and need help before we get to mass burnout. How do you support yourself and your team?

  • How are teams and leaders responding & what impact is that having? What can we learn from previous downturns? What are the main things you need to know to get through this?

  • It’s not just about water-coolers. We know how to drive collaboration but have to be a little more considered about it when we’re not together 5 days a week.
