How to get more done AND be happier (from someone who’s done it)

Research by Atlassian, into Fortune 500 and 1000 leaders, reveals that their top focus for the year ahead is productivity 🚀

I’ve been meeting leaders in London every Wednesday this month and they too are asking how to increase outputs AND decrease burnout (and reduce the increased volume of complaining they are hearing...a subject we'll come back to.)

Most are trying to resolve this by leaning into the agile and flexible working methods their employees want.

But what if the key to producivity is, counterintuinitively, LESS flexibility and MORE rules?

For the vlog this week I talked to Lasse Rheingans who introduced the five hour working day at his company. We explored:

- Why he decided to experiment with a shorter day ⏰ (and why 5 hours)

- How he and his team made it work 📈

- What happened when Covid hit 🩺

- How it improved productivity, creativity and what they all ate 💯

See you Friday!
