Mind the AI Gap

AI

I was recently at a professional services firm where they shared their five-year plan to pilot and roll out AI.

Five flipping years!

Meanwhile, residential developer Taylor Wimpy says that teams using Microsoft CoPilot are already saving an average of 28 minutes a day.

Over a year, that’s 107 hours. More than two weeks of work.

And all this at a time when one in three leaders say they’re doing the work of two people.

So, two questions:

What would make the biggest difference if we really committed to using AI well?

- Prioritised messages?

- Scheduled meetings?

- Summarised documents?

- Answered questions? (I recently filmed a make-up artist doing my make-up — and used AI to extract the full list of products she recommended, yes I know some you now want this)

What’s saving you time?

And what’s holding you back from doing more?
