How AI is screwing with your Power

We’re doing an interview series asking how AI is playing out in big businesses right now and it’s spicy.

The power pyramid is turning on its head, the point embedded in the sand, as juniors with tech skills runs rings around leaders who are still just using ChatGPT to plan their Tuscany itinerary.

Those juniors tell us their bosses often don’t even understand what they are agreeing they can do half the time.

💡 Is this a good thing because we need fresh thinking?

🍭 Or a disaster because the kids are babysitting the grown ups? (eyes 11 year old eating revolting blue sweets she bought on her first trip to the shops with friend instead of adult)
