FAQs
-
The Dead Drop creates innovative, engaging, and relevant content on the world of work. With it comes a network of senior leaders (especially those with HR responsibilities), discussing and exploring what it means for them.
-
Each month, we’ll invite some of the brightest, most connected individuals in the world of UK talent to share what’s caught their attention, through a “Dead Drop.”
Participants will answer two questions, contributing one idea about the newest/ rising trend, observation, or challenge they’ve noticed and one data point about the talent / HR market.
They will be able to share insights in whatever way is easiest for them: text, links, photo, video or even voice note - found to be a way to get 8x more detailed information (on average) from participants than text!
-
These “drops” will be transformed into rich content. This might include:
• An infographic.
• Three key ideas.
• A slide or word cloud.
• An article.
• A vlog.
We’ll track contributions over time, uncovering long-term trends, surprising outliers and identifying shifts in talent needs and wants.
