IWD. A big mistake?

In my poll this week less than half of you (44%) said International Women’s Day events are useful. Over 55% of you either think they should be done away with or were not sure if they are useful at all.

On the vlog, is my case FOR it, via real footage from a popular All-In American podcast, exploring how Google Gemini ended up generating “right on” images of Popes, Nazis and Founding Fathers.

The men describe ‘some’ DEI leaders as fanatics, trained Marxists and Commisars. The full pod includes one of them describing how to replace HR teams with “a very respected lawyer”, “a colder-type person” so you have an escape valve for serious issues 🥶

Informed by research from Green Park and Kings College London Policy Institute and the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership in partnership with Ipsos UK.

Have I convinced you?!

Next week

Reflections on my advanced copy of Cal Newport’s Slow Productivity, which I’m reading faster than he would approve of 💨
