Can I have your advice? 🧠

Inspired by my chat with Isabel Berwick of the FT and the Working It podcast and newsletter yesterday (see the post and do comment) I am asking you to share the best work advice you know.

Mine came out of the day someone I worked with sent an email signed by both of us that I had never read. Much less approved.

When I politely asked him not to do that again, he shouted. A lot. With swearing.

Hold your phone from the ear shouting.

I spent months wondering why. But now I know.
